Cat Training Clicker
🎯 CatSchool Clicker Training Kit with Target Stick (paid link)
This clicker kit is made by Julie Posluns herself — the founder of CatSchool and Sunday’s training instructor. It includes a wearable finger clicker, a standard clicker, a target stick, and a training booklet. The finger clicker is especially handy because you can keep your hands free while working with treats. We use CatSchool to guide all of Sunday’s training, so this is a natural first recommendation for anyone who wants to get started.

Training Toys
🦴 SPOT Kitty Fun Tubes Cat Toy – 3 Pieces (paid link)
I use these with Sunday to teach her to fetch. When I place the toy on the ground, it does not roll like the balls do. I can stuff treats inside of it too.

Treats
🍗 Orijen Freeze Dried Cat Treats (paid link)

Orijen freeze-dried treats are made with free-run poultry and wild-caught fish — high protein, minimal ingredients. This is a great motivator for Sunday when everyday kibble is not enough to encourage her to practice a skill. Sunday really likes her Orijen treats. We don’t use them every day, so they stay special.
Sunday’s middle-tier training treat — higher value than dry kibble. Sunday loves them.
🍗 INABA Churu Cat Treats (paid link)

Sunday goes wild for these lickable Churu purée treats — chicken & beef flavors are her favorite. We save them for high-value moments like nail trims. In fact, lately I have been giving Sunday one Churu per day while we practice clipping her claws.

Grooming & Nail Care
🐾 Precision Pet Nail Trimmer (paid link)

Good clippers make cooperative care possible. These are sharp, well-designed, and highly rated — 11 reviews with 4.8 stars. I thought these looked more like the clippers our teacher uses. So far they have been great.

Sunday approved — and that’s saying something.
Travel
🎒 Pecute Cat Backpack Carrier — Expandable (paid link)

A roomy, breathable backpack carrier that expands for extra space or folds into a compact backpack — perfect for walks and vet visits. The 4-side mesh ventilation keeps Sunday comfortable, and the multi-entry design means she can settle in any way she likes. Large side pockets with flaps are great for storing treats and supplies. Great for cats up to 11 lbs. Note: on warm days the dark navy blue can get too warm — I’ve ordered a second one in a lighter color!
