Let me tell you about our beautiful calico, Sunday
Hi, I’m Katherine — Sunday’s human, and a CatSchool student. Before Sunday came into our lives, I had not lived with a cat in many years, but I really wanted one. I mean I had a deep yearning for a cat of my own.
Fortunately, once we had moved from a high rise apartment to a house, my friend gave us Sunday. She was a stray kitten who was always visiting my friend. Since my friend already had a cat, she would not keep her. My friend told me that she wanted me to have Sunday because we are both “so sweet”.
I wanted to do right by our new cat. After watching a lot of videos and reading on bringing a new cat into your home, I decided to try cat training. I discovered Julie Posluns’ CatSchool on YouTube, and I was hooked. I didn’t realize that you could actually train a cat.
Sunday came into our life and changed everything we thought we knew cats. We learn together with clicker training – positive reinforcement only. We love her to pieces. To us she is the most friendly, loving, playful, athletic, and smart cat. She fulfills all of our kitty dreams.
